Georgia West & The Underground's modern soul has the power to shift your state of mind and inspire you to feel whatever it is you need to feel in the moment - whether thats nostalgia, optimism, inspiration, or happiness. Comprised of Grammy award-winning producer André de Santanna and singer, multi-instrumentalist Kat Factor, the duo recorded this EP in Los Angeles with the goal of bringing together good vibes and uplifting lyrics to create happy, feel-good music. Dre and Kat boast an impressive sum of experiences; including Andre writing, producing, and touring the world with artists such as Jason Mraz, Ziggy Marley, Matisyahu, Sergio Mendes amongst others and Kat touring globally with Gone Gone Beyond, the Human Experience and opening tours for artists like Thundercat. With a wide range of influences from Billie Holiday and Otis Redding to Radiohead and D'Angelo, Georgia West & The Underground seeks to inspire while having a good time doing it.
