Shadow Island is a positively electrifying pop experience. With bouncy and cheerful melodies that pull the listener in for a much-needed escape, Shadow Island is all about releasing any and all negativity to dance up on cloud nine. Growing up in Atlanta, Georgia since she was six years old, Shadow Island has been immersed in the music scene her entire life. It all began with a 5th grade talent show where Shadow Island fell in love with the art of performance, her fascination with music erupting into a lifelong passion after being gifted a guitar. From then on she learned the intricacies of songwriting, taking her talent to the public. Shadow Island creates an escapist fantasy, a place for listeners to stick their heads up in the clouds and float high above the tumultuous clamor down below. Embracing the power of simplicity, Shadow Island is a light-hearted and upbeat listening experience: “I love how music can make people feel things and just get lost in a song for a few minutes and I think [Shadow Island] allows people to do that and just feel happy.”
