Joseph William Morgan is an award-winning composing and songwriting duo made up of Matthew Morgan and Jose Villanueva. Whether producing large-scale orchestral recordings, crafting modern hybrid scores, or reimagining well-known songs through a cinematic lens, Matthew and Jose bring a disciplined, story-driven approach to every project they take on.
The duo’s orchestral cover of “Enchanted” gained widespread attention online before being featured in Netflix’s Bridgerton, appearing on the soundtrack, which went on to reach the Top 10 of the Billboard Classical Charts. In February 2026, NBC chose the pair to provide music for the opening introduction of Super Bowl LX, setting the tone for one of the most-watched broadcasts in the world. Recent work also includes a custom score for Disney’s 2025 international holiday campaign across the UK, Europe, and Asia. Additional credits include music for the past 10 seasons of America’s Got Talent, original production music for Call of Duty, as well as countless premium commercial campaigns, and trailers for major motion pictures.
Based in North Carolina, Matthew and Jose have been creative partners since they were 13 years old, developing a long-standing collaboration defined by versatility, musical precision, and an instinct for storytelling. Their work has earned an ASCAP Screen Music Award and a nomination for Best Original Score at the Golden Trailer Awards.
