Golden, the two-time Grammy-nominated producer, writer, and artist, has become a prominent figure in the Colombian music scene, showcasing his versatility across R&B, Dancehall, Afrobeats, Hip Hop, and Pop. He has worked with acclaimed artists including Coco Jones, Beelè, Ozuna, Farruko, Dahili, Shenseea, Hamilton, Zaider, Maria Becerra, and more. Now, Golden steps into the spotlight to share his own music, revealing his distinct sound and artistic vision.

His debut album, Saoko Vol. 1, is an Afro-Latin celebration of Golden’s deep-rooted love for African and Caribbean sounds, blending Afrobeat, Dancehall, and Latin influences that have shaped his musical journey. The album takes its name from “Saoco,” a term from Salsa music that embodies flavor, rhythm, joy, and freshness with African roots—qualities Golden brings vividly to life through his interpretation.

On Saoko Vol. 1, Golden wears multiple hats as a vocalist, producer, and songwriter, crafting a rich, layered sound that reflects his multifaceted artistry. At its heart, the album is a heartfelt tribute to women, capturing Golden’s personal and musical evolution. Saoko Vol. 1 was be released on June 26th and featured collaborations with Venesti, Zaider, Kevin Floréz, ¿Teo?, Slow Mike, and more.
